By suspending things in gelatine I create snapshot moments. The viewer is intrigued by the unfamiliar familiar. Perceptions are distorted through scale, gravity and time. These images relate to the world around us, the day to day, but take it out of context into another world, one where you aren’t quite sure what is happening or what has occurred before.
